The registration fees for each of 4 categories above include: a participation in conference sessions, a reception, and coffee breaks. A closing lunch banquet tickets will be selling for "Attendee ONLY – Retired people" and “Students" categories and others who would like to attend ASTFE closing lunch banquet. Only full paid registrants as “ Presenters" and "Attendee ONLY – 10% discount” categories will be covered and given ASTFE closing lunch banquet ticket. NO CD/FLASH Proceedings will be provided for the registrant with "Attendees ONLY" status. The authors are required to register in an appropriate category (“Presenters” or “Students”) in order to have their paper/extended abstracts/presentation only included in the conference program. An author cannot present more than twice with a single registration fee. Contact the conference chair for exception and special cases.

Cancelation / refund policy for the registration:

100% refund on or before April 15th, 2015
50% refund on or before May 15th, 2015
No refund after May 15th, 2015
