The conference registration fees include:

participation in the conference sessions for online and in-person;
access to keynote, plenary and TEC Talk presentations and special topical talks and sessions; all will be live-streaming;
publications of your papers in ASTFE Digital Library; including DOI registration and Scopus indexing for all your conference paper(s);
access to all conference presentations and publications of ASTFE DL for 12 months after the conference;
participation in reception, lunches, and coffee breaks for in-person;
participation and access for live-recording and after the conference recordings of all papers and talks for in-person and online attendees.

Cancelation / refund policy for the registration:

100% refund on or before December 1st, 2026
50% refund on or before January 1st, 2027
No refund after January 1st, 2027

We are planning NSF support for up to 50 students and all invited speakers (covering registration fees and travel expenses $300-$500).
All announcements will be made later.
