How to run sessions in Whova for TFEC2021 Virtual Conference

Dear Session Chairs,

Thank you for participating and chairing the sessions at ASTFE TFEC2021 Conference. Here is the short guidance how to run your session online virtually this year.

Please register, sign in or login (if you already have an account) to Whova - https://whova.com/portal/webapp/astfe_202004/
You will then be directed to TFEC2021 Virtual Online Conference program and its agenda.
If you are not directly added to the event and are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please type in this invitation code: TFEC2021ASTFE

Select your session you are chairing. Click and join Zoom meeting link directly from Whova or from your Zoom account (either way should be fine).
Zoom meeting passcode: ASTFE

Select breakout room in Zoom live meeting from A to G that you are chairing.
As you are in Zoom meeting, share your screen and go back to Whova web platform to view your session and pre-recorded author's presentations. Play pre-recorded presentations one by one. If authors/presenters are live in Zoom meeting, please have Q&A and live discussion. If not, just go ahead and play next pre-recorded video.

You can add your sessions you are chairing to your own agenda directly in Whova by clicking "add to my agenda" – the selected sessions. That way it's easier and faster to go to your sessions and play video right away when you join Zoom live meeting.
