The registration fees for each of the 3 categories above ("presenters or attendee", "retired people" or "student") include: participation in conference sessions, a conference bag with all symposium materials including a flash drive of all conference papers, a reception, and coffee breaks. Those who register as "presenters or attendee" will be given a banquet ticket. Those who register as "retired people" or "student" must pay separately for their banquet ticket. Cancelation / refund policy for the registration:

  • 100% refund on or before January 1st, 2020
  • 50% refund on or before February 1st, 2020
  • No refund after February 1st, 2020
